Blank spaces in the captain's log UI

I do have an unusual problem (or maybe is usual). As I am playing for immersion, and as I do consider STO post Nemesis canon, after every story mission I am writing a short AAR. (yes, some people do this).
However, the immersion is killed after some of the captain's log entries (filled by game) got blank. I realized that this happens after playing foundry missions. Does anyone here knows how to correct this, and avoid it to happen in the future? I reported the bug, but two weeks later, I did not get any response from the devs.
I am aware that the bug is not game breaking, but it is kinda annoying. Any advices?
