THis happened in the Dyson Ground Zone, Undine Infiltration, Brotherhood o f the Sword and Kobali Prime so no one time issue
I was about 20m away from my target.
The Indicator on the Crosshair showed that i was in Range for the secondary fire myde (wide beam, not orbital strike)
Asi i tried to fire the secondary my toon only lowered the Rifle and the Cooldown started.
There was no wide beam, i did no damage. and ther ewas also no OS, just the cooldown
And also sometimes the secondary is just switching between Orbital strike and Wide beam without doing any of both.
Maybe the target is exposed while i aim and then not anymore?
