Bug: Elachi Kit Mod Subspace Rift not working on Romulans(Tal Shair) on New Romulus
As the title says, for some reason Subspace Rift Science Mod does not work on enemy Romulans on New Romulus (Vastan Peak)
I've tested it on the dewans(giant scorpions) and the hirogens and it works but on the Roms(Tal Shair), it has no ill effects. The subspace rift icon shows up on their buff/debuff bar but they just ignore it and me.
Is this intended or a bug.
