Deferi Patrols do not appear in Aiding the Deferi (Daily) mission

When playing this misson, I am able to play the Kelvani Belt sgement, and the Outpost 3 Segment.
However, there is never any Deferi Patrols to click on to complete the final segment so as to compete the full mission, and in turn collect my dillithium from Ambassador Surah. This has been my issue since I logged back in after the Season 10 maintenence and start up.

    There are other threads relating to this the devs are aware of it and have acknowledged they are missing along with other pre season 10 missions etc
