formal wear issues

For some reason I can only equip formal wear on earth space dock, if I leave the area it reverts to uniform. If I try to switch to formal elsewhere nothing happens. Is that a bug or bizarre design? Pretty sure I have seen people wear formal gear elsewhere.

    I'm only aware of club wear being restricted like this (can you wear it on Risa, Drozana and your fleet starbase as well? That's the other places club wear can be worn). I ask because in the club wear section, you can actually put on formal wear. Have you accidentaly done that?

    Thanks, that was it. No idea how it got switched from formal to club wear, but fixed now....
