Pilot Trait: Subwarp Sheath Applies To Self!

I was flying around Kerrat today in my pilot sci ship, and noticed that my resistance values kept fluctuating. After moving stuff around for a bit, I stumbled on this one: the subwarp sheath starship trait is applying, automatically and constantly, to your own resistance values.

I have no idea if it actually works against enemy resistances.

So while at top speed, I receive a constant -15% to all resists as long as the trait is slotted. Since there doesn't appear to be any mention of this 'downside' in the description of the trait, I can only conclude this is unintended behaviour.

Please fix.

Any update on this? Any explanation for why this trait applies to your own resists and not your opponents? How does something like this happen? Miscommunication about the intent of the power? A missed comma in the code can't cause this sort of behaviour.

Oh boy thats no good. I bought the icarus because I thought the trait sounded rather niffty.
Ill see if the same thing happens to me tonight.

The power actually functions, but it's incorrectly applying its enhancement to incorrect powers (including your ship's basic stats). Looks like some data was dropped at some point, but it's a simple update.

Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully this gets fixed next patch, and doesn't end up on a code fork we don't see for two years
