Andorian Escort Consoles have 3 min cool down

Andorian Escort Consoles still have a 3 min cool down while most all other consoles were given a 2 min cool down in the last expansion, Delta Rising.

All three consoles are affected,
[Console - Universal - Wing Cannon Platforms]
[Console - Universal - Phaser Dispersal Array]
[Console - Universal - Tachyon Induction Relay]

any word on this? Is it a bug or intentional? 3 min cd on it's consoles kind of sucks compared to other ships.

yeah, so it seems like an easy fix...at least I hope so.

I've also noticed that using any energy weapon BOFF abilities like Scatter Volley tends to throw the Andorian ship and only the Andorian ship, into red alert regardless of where it may be.

This has been fixed internally. The consoles in question have had their cooldowns reduced to 2 minutes.
