Haven't been able to play since the release of s10. Tbh at this point you are failing to deliver cryptic. It's been two weeks and there's is still massive lag and rubber banding. Don't you care about the game you created and its players?

It's a shame, really.

I dont defend cryptic a lot but in this case someone needs to, as its not their fault exactly - Cogent the company in which the server belongs to has been throttling traffic in a fued with verizon while not all of the lag is entirely cogents fault a majority of it is.

Quoted for truth. Cogent is the main issue. Unforutnately there is really nothing Cryptic can do about that.

A refund for what? Players don't need to pay a single cent on this game to play the game.

Anyway, your problem OP, is not Cryptic, as Xeni said...

Make contact with Cogen, send them a picture of a bear tied to a chair with explosives.
threaten them to blow up the bear if they do not deliver.

It worked well with Stephen King, when he said he'd stop writing the Dark Tower books. :P
