Deferi dilithium cashers while loading

While I'm not the only person to have trouble with this mission I seem to be the only one who is experiencing crashes BEFORE the third transport inhibitor. Before the Deferi Dilithium stage can even finish loading the game crashes to the desktop.

Plus while I'm typing in the error reporting tool the opens on crashes closes BEFORE I can finish typing and I've been tested at 100 words a minute.

While some people say it only started with the season 10 update i wouldn't know I only just started.

P.S. It doesn't matter whether I click verify files or not I has the same effect.

    Am I the only one who can't get the skip button to work?
