CSV/ CRF remove base +10 CrtD on Dual Heavy Cannons

When you use any rank of either Cannon: Scatter Volley or Cannon: Rapid Fire, the base +10 Crit Severity buff on Dual Heavy Cannons is removed.

Tested on various DHC, all lost their +10 CrtD when buffed.

    Damn never noticed it till now (wonder how long it is)...
    And the most importand is, if its a tooltip bug or a overall dmg influencing bug! If it affects dmg dealth then probably ppl should switch to normal cannons from dhc's as they drain 2 power less and have more chances to proc.

    have the same thing on Romulan kdf side (crf1-2 and higher i didnt check) and Reman kdf side (crf1-2)

    Well... that makes DHCs almost effectively worthless...

    I wonder why nobody noticed it till now, but then again, we were living in the happy world of FAW acc overflow for a long, long time.


    Would be nice if it got fixed... Next thing you tell me is that single cannons are effectively the same as DHCs.

    Did you sctually do some reliable log parsing? for all we know its simply a tooltip bug

    The "bug" (whether it's a tooltip bug, or an actual gameplay bug, or WAI) has existed for as long as I've been playing.
