Upon reaching level 44, never got Scientific Aptitude
Upon reaching level 47, never got Science Fleet.
Tried exiting game, didnt work.
They are just no where to be found. Not in the trays, and not in the "Available skills - Drag to Tray " window. Just simply never got them.
Edit : Im on a KDF toon, so, no idea if this is KDF only problem or if it is Fed and Rommies as well.
Edit : My bad, half asleep, brain turned off, forgot to spend skill points didnt i :P lol
