It is called a Vesta. We just need a T6 version of it.
KDF and Romulans don't have access to the Vesta, so making a Risain one to fill the same role would enable them to give one to all factions with just 1 ship model.

Maybe a few new colors for hover surfboards and jetpacks. Not sure they are gonna add any new ones really, atleast can't see anymore needing to get added... unless... More race/faction themed hover surfboards other than the Fed and KDF themed. o.o Since there is the one with the Vulcan "Live long and Prosper" logo on display on the map since last event, which you couldn't get.
As for new costumes?
Think they are maybe, and only maybe, gonna some new clothes. And if so its proberly gonna be just one or two items.
Personally I would really love some of the NPC clothes you see around ingame.
Still, excited and hope they add lots of new fun things and outfits.

Romulans and Klinks should have an event where they raid the hotel and kill all the tourists....
I think instead of "Hearts and minds" they make a mission for halloween where we get to run around ESD/New Rom and 1st city scaring the TRIBBLE out of people.
Make it an event where we run around and scare as many people as we can in a set amount of time or even pulling pranks ala trick or treat?
and for a real mission do something along the lines of good ole bonnie-kin
