before it happens it get to loading sto what before in game log in screen what before character screen. when the loading screen get almost complete and some times it get complete or near 90%. the screen would become black. then it would close then fatal error would automatic within 10 seconds pop up with cryptic error opp!! pop up be hide it.

Hi, there are hundreds if not thousands of people all having the same problem. Just a quick forum search for "direct3d" brings up dozens of threads about this. I guess Cryptic is busting a nut about this at the moment, so hold fast and they should get it fixed in the next few day/weeks/months (delete as appropriate).

I know its a temporary fix but running the game in safe mode seems to stop this problem for the time being...
