Enemy ships aren't attacking?

Okay I noticed this and thought it was only one mission but it is happening inseveral now and I am a little worried. The enemy ships aren't attacking me. The first one will. I cloak out then uncloak... then the rest just sorta float around without firing a shot. Any one else ever have this issue?

    hi

    i encountered that too with my new romulan character that i made for the delta event, in the first 3 or 4 missions i noticed that the initial ships attacked but the ones that spawned after them didn't
    so your'e definitely not the only one to encounter this.

    Yep, me too. I thought I was imagining it at first, but I've now encountered it a few times, all with a Delta Recruit Romulan.

    confirmed, although I'm under the impression this has something to do with cloacking and uncloaking.
