As per my wonderful PSA

If you're sitting in the chair in the shuttle when it attempts to move you from the shuttle map to the actual ground map the client will enter an infinite looping cycle and require closing externally, i've verified this issue twice to make sure it wasn't a "one off"

Recreation Steps:

1) Sit in the chair facing the red console while waiting for the shuttle to land
2) When the map change occurs you will notice that your client is now stuck in a loop whereby it tries to move your captain but fails so tries again infinitely
3) Close client by alt tabbing

You CAN get out of the loop if you act quickly enough and manage to start getting out of the chair. It's a pretty stupid glitch all the same.
