Where the Iconian technology is located on any given map?

I started a KDF Delta Recruit that I am now just getting around to playing and I can't find the Iconian Technology on the surface of Rura Penthe. I've run back and forth, up and down that map, but I can't seem to locate it :confused:

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance....

    Use your tricorder scan to find it in the snowstorm.

    I tried that first, but it just circled around me and said "0 Anomilies detected"

    It's waaay off on the far side of the map from where you zone in, on the west side of the map and to the north. Follow the Jakal first, preferably until it stops leading you, before wandering off... if you wander off right away (like I did the first time) the Jakal may not lead you anywhere when you get back, blocking mission progress. Also, unlike say Colliseum, there aren't "save points" when you change maps; you have to re-do the entire prison part if you get locked in the snowstorm (like I did).

    The Tech is located about half-way through the Snowstorm run and before you get to Drake.

    It is off to the right, so you wont see it right away.

    I missed it the first time through and re-ran the episode immediately and went looking for it the second time around.

    If you use your V scanner before you get to Drake, it should point you towards it.

    If you wait until after confronting the warden, you get nothing when using the scanner.
