Day 3 Server Chrashing On Iconion War Logo

Howdy all,
Well I am now on day 3 of server crashing on Iconion War Logo. This is the 3rd server down for maintance but they are not fixing the major issue here. I was starting to be annoyied now I am pissed off. I am almost to the point of not playing at all anymore if this is not fixed.

    Have you read ANY of the last 2 days worth of threads stating "logo screen causes directx error, baypass with safe mode or run windowed not full screen" and "season 10 fubared dirextx 11 settings, force it to run in directx 9 mode"

    If you HAD read any of those threads you'd probably have seen a work around for the logo screen crash by now, you'd also have seen that NONE of the emergency patches have mentioned fixing this yet.

    That's because the devs DON'T CARE that hundreds, perhaps thousands, of players have to sit through a force verify in safe mode for 10 minutes just to log in to the game now. This started with the Delta update, only to get much worse with Iconian, and they have done nothing about it yet.

    I have tried all suggestions including Force Verify and Safe Mode, Uninstalling ARC Reinstalling ARC, Installing new Launcher by itself nothing is working.

    installing un installing force verify, updating your drivers (again even tho they are upto date) all do squat...

    Basically you either log in via safe more and set directx to 9 or 9 ex, and run windowed, or...

    edit the gameprefs file and change it manually via a text editor

    you dont have to force v erify and safe mode every login...

    Log in in safe mode, set 'video card' to dx9 or dx9ex, set your other prefs as you like except... set mode to WINDOWED, not 'windowed fullscreen' or 'fullscreen'.

    Exit the game

    restart the game as normal, once its past the logo crash screen, you should be able to maximise the window for play, then un maximize it before logging out, no need to constantly reset everything with 'safe mode'

    Log in, max, play, un-max, log off

    I wish I could do that but I can not get passed the iconion War Logo.
