Fleet bank issues

Since the patch yesterday and the following one today I havent been able to view items in my fleet bank, I have sufficient rank within the fleet but the icons for the items wont load. So far I've tried force verify to no effect, is this a known issue and more importantly is it fixable client side?

    As you can see, it is more than you and your fleet bank. More of the same bug(s)... it is just invisible so you won't lose it.... :rolleyes:

    no it did not fixe, worst is, you guys need to check your consoles.
    specially the tactical consoles. mine was change and downgraded. :(
