Server switched Fleet Mines...?!

I was completing one of the daily mining missions (character, not DOff) at Dahar Masters (KDF) Tier 3 fleet mine, when I got "server not responding" for a minute, and lost connection. I logged right back in, my character was where I left it in the mine, but when I went to drop into the Mother Lode for the last mission, the glory hole was gone!!
I returned to the mine building to close out the missions I just completed, and the mine foreman started shooting at my alt!! :eek: I fired back, and other NPC's working in the mine came over to engage combat with my alt, as well, and I realized I must have somehow been logged into a FED fleet mine.
Anyone else seen this kind of weirdness??
