Roll bound to MMB starts requiring a triple-click

After the first time doing a roll with the middle mouse button in a ground instance, I have to triple-click the middle mouse button to be able to roll any more. I tried binding roll to the ` key as well, and that seems to work normally, with one exception. After rolling with the middle mouse button, I still have to press ` once to "reset" it before I can roll again. Following a ` roll, I can roll by only clicking the middle mouse button once, but it then goes back to requiring a triple-click.

I normally have double-tapping a movement key to roll disabled, but I tried it now. It responds as it normally does, even after a middle mouse button roll, but it does not "reset" it like a roll with ` does. Having it enabled does not change the above.
