whats happened to all the unique system specific DOFF assignments!?

has the title suggests, where have all the unique doff assignments gone from each of the systems?
i flew from sol to ds9 and all the assignments were exactly the same
have you scrapped the system unique assignments now and made them all standard no matter where you are
* hmmm ok just switched out of my delta toon to my sci off and some of the ds9 specific assign. appear to be available (but some are still missing) so maybe its a delta toon thing?
