Can't zoom out in sector space

For one reason or another, I can no longer zoom out in sector space. My view is always one or two ship lengths behind my ship, which is small, so my field of view is extremely limited. This just began with the new sector space update. Anyone else have this problem? It makes it really hard to see what's around you. Ground and system space are fine. Just sector space has the problem.

And when I transwarp, it zooms in so far that I'm seeing the inside of my ship.
