Defari Patrol/Breen Patrol missing

Trying to Defari dailies and none of the patrols are showing up in sector space in the Defari Sector. Switched through 5 maps and still nothing. Saw someone else complaining on Zone. Apparently one of my fleet mates was able to see them at some point.
