Borg distress calls

While in sector space I am unable to respond to borg distress calls in federation gameplay. I click on the distress call button and am presented with two options. maximum warp to borg location and continue on present course. I click on the maximum warp to location option. I then seem to go into transwarp and arrive at a cube in sector space. I am unable to engage and the scenario never loads. If I click the distress call again, get same two options, click maximum warp and warp back to same exact location. any suggestions?

Make sure you're close enough to the Borg Cube once you appear from Transwarp.. You need to be close to have the Enter prompt. (If you are very close don't know what to say as they've been working for me. Could be some weird lag bug or something.)
