acount shared bank slots not working

acount shared bank slots don't seem to work well. some times, it's possible to put an item, but mostly, they do not respond.

100 slots, could be lag, in any case, they just don't respond 99% of the time. some times, can take an item and place another, but can't place more than 1.

    I am the banker for our fleet. We have 6 fleet banks. It appears that where the items are missing, that the boxes (space) is shaded. Most of these items are space equipment, such as weapons and consoles. I have a list of all items that were in the banks.
    Also missing a few items from my account bank. But I am more concerned with the fleet banks.
    Any help is appreciated. I really don't want to replace all these items.

    after checking better, seems the acount bank responds with red slots, when trying to put items there, because it had some items there that "have no icon at all"


    i noiticed how mail / fleet bank items disapeared from some slots, leaving a "greyed out" slot with some shady unknown item.

    but other issue, seems that ther's also "empthy slots" were i remembered i had items, some of them were crafting untra rare items.

    so, ther's 2 diferent situations. greyed unknown item and "missing item"

    I am having the same issue.

    In my account bank there appears to be "blank" spaces where it appears it is empty. I know though that there is something there from viewing the contents from the other day. These spaces cannot be "moved" nor can items be dropped into them. The objects in the affected spaces that appear blank have no context menu. However, these spaces can be dragged to another open slot, though this will give me an inventory full message.

    For all intents and purposes the affected bank slots are locked and unusable.

    I too am having this issue. All my Account slots with my gear for my Delta Recruit that just reached 40 was in my account bank just waiting to be equipped upon leveling. I just reach 40 tonight and can't get any of her gear from the bank now. Even all the gear in 6 tabs of Fleet bank storage is not accessible due to the bug. The slots are are all full just blank icons and inaccessible so can't even transfer gear from any of the other characters to gear her up. Went from 30 to 40 in D.Off missions so she doesn't have the gear to do any ground missions stuff adequately basically meaning I have to wait for them to fix this before I can play her again. I should have expected a big bug issue like this with the system changes made in this patch
