Destabilized Resonance Beam not working with Deflector Officer DOff

Destabilized Resonance Beam I (at least) is not working with the Deflector Officer DOff ability for a 25% chance to reduce cooldown by 50%. It's considered a deflector dish power, but the DOff ability isn't even showing up on it's tooltip. The deflector DOff also lists all the abilities it works with (while at the same time saying "ALL" deflector powers), and Resonance Beam isn't listed. Perhaps it got missed?

It works with other deflector dish things, the deteriorating secondary deflector, for example. If this isn't a bug, please consider adding it to the list, even though it's a long CD ability science ships could use the love.

The 'Reduce cd on exotic abilities' Gravimetric doff (Tanan) doesn't seem to work on DRB either.

DRB is a non-weapon, exotic dmg Deflector ability. Those doffs should work on it.
