Missing Inventory Space?

Got my Delta Recruit up to 50 and noticed that I have a LOT less inventory space than my veteran characters. Active inventory is 60 slots instead of 96 like on the rest, and bank is 60 instead of the 132 my other characters have (technically 144; they all have an extra row purchased). My account was subscribed once upon a time and that got me extra storage space then, but I'd already dropped to silver when I last made new characters for LoR and they all got the extra storage space. My new character did get the extra boff space from being (former) gold, so SOME things are registering. Not sure if this is a bug or what.
