Now that we are all admirals, as odd a situation as that is, the one notable DOff seat we are missing on our ships is a captain. Putting aside the first officer BOff situation, which has not been implemented for years despite repeated surfacings of the rumour, it seems totally crazy to think we don;t have a captain onboard…
