Zen Purchase

I doubt this is the forum for this but arc tickets won't even pull up on my comp. Redirect loop errors. So went to purchase Zen today and paid with a credit card. Came back as Payment Review, from their own support site this is supposed to be for PayPal only while credit card is under just "Review" which usually means about 20-30 mins before approval which is fine. Its far past that with me fighting to try to submit tickets that it will not allow me to even get to. The money has already hit for pending from my account. I would like to purchase my Command set of cruisers and this is rather frustrating.

To create a support ticket you can either;
*Use the ARC launcher
*Ingame: Option - Support - Ticket (can't recollect the correct namepath)

The other way around are discontinued with no word. It doesn't work at least.

As for the payment process. It can take a while - up to 48 hours. Depending on your account and so forth. It could aslso be a response time fallout and you should be able to stop the payment, and try again.

If you haven't paid through paypal with your credit card before, they might hold the payment to ensure it's not a fraudulent attempt to use a stolen card and bla, bla, bla. This is often seen happening - African continent, England, Eastern Europe and some Asian countries.
