The Defera ground zone is completely unplayable today.:mad:
The rubber-banding is so bad...
3 steps forward/2 steps back....
attacks/abilities/interactions are delayed 5-10 seconds at best(at worst don't register at all)...
most of the "Hard" quests have been bugged and no additional instances have been available since Delta release so we can't jump to another server instance to get through them...:(
