BOFF command spec ground bug

1) Buy your favorite purple BOFF
2) Buy command qualification thingie.
3) Train said BOFF in whatever you want it to use (ground)
3 extra) none of the newly bought command abilities can be selected on the Skills tab before unselecting the BOFF from the away team and selecting it back.
4) Superb: the BOFF now has any skills i want. close Character Status screen, linger a bit, then open it again: BOFF forgot what i selected.
5) Change maps, unselect from away team, log off and back on, the boff ALYWAYS forgets what abilities it had.
Not sure if this happens to Intel abilities.
While i really enjoy the extra customization you recently added so that i can train my Boffs in specializations i want and have all the skills that i may want it to have, this feature so buggy as if it was never ever tested before release.
