I can't even reach the point where I get to see a Login Queue. All I see are Login2_Timeout errors.
My user experience has been getting progressively worse since the 4/7/15 patch. It started with a little lag here and there. Maybe it took a little longer to login sometimes. Then the dreaded Login Queues started up this past weekend. Waiting wasn't too horrible, but it persuaded me to not play any alts. Once I logged in I stayed in until I disconnected or crashed. The late night hours were not bad (no login queues then). However, today I can't even make it far enough into the login process to even see a Login Queue message telling me that there are 500 people infront of me.
This advice always cracks me up. The BBB is powerless. There is nothing the BBB can do if a company chooses to ignore them. Cryptic is a perfect example.
Take note that 16 of the 18 complaints made to the BBB from 2013 to 2015 were ignored by Cryptic.
Complaining to the BBB about Cryptic is a waste of time. Cryptic doesn't care what the BBB says about them.
The BBB rating is tied to how much a company pays the be 'BBB Accredited'.And believe me, while I'm no fan of Cryptic and many of their recent decisions, I take BBB rating worth a grain of salt as again, all the BBB is interested in is getting their 'accreditation fee'.

I honestly have never played a game with so many connection problems in my entire gaming life which has been oh i dont know...over 15 years or so....Everyday its some kinda issue...

No, you are right. This has been an extremely aweful week for a lot of us. To be frank and candid, I have never experienced these type of issues with any game. Certainly not for an extended period as we have been experiencing recently with STO.
I live in a small town (population 45),crappy net provider yet i have no lag issues nor my game is unstable,now maybe once a day or twice at the most i get disconnected,Whoopi doo dah!!!! Takes me like 10 seconds at the most to login,going to sue Cryptic over it hahahaha
I realize that English is not everyone's first language in this game, so I'll point out that "widespread" doesn't mean "absolutely every last person." It's more like "many."
And you have a terrible internet provider and the game works fine for you, kinda disproving the "it's all on the users' end" excuse Cryptic has given.
Anyway, the problem is certain widespread. I don't see the books and I don't know if it's more profitable for Cryptic to put out more content for the x% of players who don't experience lag to buy or if it's better for them to improve the game to keep the 1-x% of players around to eventually buy more stuff. But considering their responses I'm not sure that they've done the math either.
FIX THE SERVER the game is UNPLAYABLE! Lag, Server not responding, disconnects, I have been playing over 5 years & in all that time I have never had issues like this until this Delta Recruit game play started.
