Presidio has bugged glowing FX on nacelles

With every nacelle-related FX the Presidio always does the same thing, points them outwards forming a "V". With EPTE the glow points outwards, warp out animation does the same before it goes to warp, even NPCs aren't immune to the issue, as the second picture was shot during Surface Tension. It's not a character related issue definitely, it's just something wrong with the ship model.
