Cannot use or see any traits

I am sorry if I post this wrong, I am new to this forum. I made this Federation Rom just before the trait revamp awhile ago. Not knowing that if I do not see traits right away there is a problem. I submitted a ticket 346 days ago asking for help and have yet to hear from anyone. I am submitting a request here for help as I tried everything I could think of to see if her traits would activate. So far everything I have earned does not show up making me think this character is a lost cause. I am asking developers if they cannot fix my character, maybe they can transfer her stuff to a newly made delta recruit instead. I don't want to loose my anniversary ships or items i worked for in game. Please if anyone can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
