I've run into a bit of a problem. I unlocked Temporal Insight on my Delta Fed, so I went and claimed it on all of my Alts. This included my KDF Delta Recruit. I've since completed half of the Klingon Story Arcs, which rewards Temporal Insight.
Thing is, since I already have it, I get the following error message:
Failed to collect rewards for "Complete Half of Klingon Story Arcs". Make sure that you have room in your inventory.
I figure that since I already have it, the system can't give it to me. But it just keeps on trying, and as a result I am unable to claim any other Delta Rewards.

Personally, after three days with no response (and four days since the first thread was posted), I simply re-rolled my affected character. It's not a perfect solution, but with luck I'll be able to avoid being stuck again.
It seems to me (and please take my statements with a grain of salt, as I'm not a programmer), the solution is to simply prevent Delta Recruits from purchasing the traits (once unlocked by another Recruit on that account) from their respective Temporal Agents. That way, they can claim their 'Complete Half/All Episode Arcs' rewards properly, and not be trapped in a loop, unable to claim any other rewards.
However, that doesn't solve the problem for those already affected... and as mentioned, recreating the affected character(s) isn't necessarily a solution, simply the one I resorted to out of impatience.

Looks like my Search-Fu is weak.
I just wanted to consolidate the links for the existing threads into one place, should the devs or moderators want to know which ones to merge, delete, reply to, or give a stern talking to.

I'll see if anyone can merge the linked threads. Thanks for consolidating them.

Thank you Bort and thank you khalfyreshyft for sharing all the threads
I don't see how this would block anything. You've already claimed the Trait (albeit thru an unforeseen method), and you can freely pursue and complete other tasks.

Actually for me this bug is preventing me from claiming any other rewards. It seems to be stuck in a loop of trying to claim the trait. And the annoying popup won't stop (really annoying)
Same here. It keeps attempting to claim the trait, blocking the other queued ones from being able to complete.
Your father was captain of a starship for twelve minutes. He saved 800 lives, including your mother's, and yours.
I dare you to do better.
It does. You can't claim anything else as it keeps trying to claim the trait (and fails over and over and over again), spamming you with the same message that your inventory is full.
So effectively, your progression is blocked. (though you can level your toon but not claim anything)
And thank you for looking into this.
The fly-in notifying you about 'failed to collect rewards from X' also seems to be using a channel (for lack of a better word) that we're unable to turn off, as I disabled every notification fly-in, and still received the message at the top of my screen.
What I find unusual is that during some of my testing on Tribble, trying to claim a trait (say, 'Momentum', one of the Reward packs) my character already had would indeed tell me 'you may only have one of this item' or something to that effect. It would still use up the box, of course, but it wouldn't throw me into a loop, unable to open any further boxes.
So, I'm just curious if the method used to grant Recruits the 'Temporal Insight' trait (and presumably, its Improved version) is different from the one used to grant traits acquired through lock box reward packs.
I'm tempted to hop onto Tribble and replay Surface Tension with my main, acquire the reward box that grants 'Living Hull' (which he already has) and see what happens...

But Thanks to Borticus, AT LEAST an Official Answer, that is a First Step and a good Sign, hopefully it will be Fixed Asap.
i have my own post about this ...did not find this one till after i posted
I hope they patch it soon so I can finish my KDF Delta....
Discarded Paradox Corrector and Temporal Negotiator and reclaimed them, but everything else is extremely slow to claim.
But it does work.
Inventory full....i can't claim the Paradox-yadda-yadda....
and....surprise i hang in the loop again....
cant claim, inventory full, you can get once of this, bla bla blaaa
every 3 seconds
seriously, Cryptic...are you full engaged?
seems like lazy job
The Paradox Corrector is a unique item - you may only ever have one. This includes on your Boffs, bank, etc. You're sure you don't have a copy of the item in your Overflow bag or anything?

theoretical was last week at claiming a packetloss.
Boston Server says "You claimed it"
My client says all 2 sec "attempting claim the Paradox"
toon is Paxy@cdpbs
Didn't entirely fix it apparently though, as I still can't claim anything from the Temporal Agent himself. Which wouldn't be any kind of big deal, but this is how you'd normally collect rewards from another delta recruits faction. (and it's just the one character, I'd delete it but I've already used non-reclaimable stuff on it like lobi consoles and ship upgrade tokens)

I get the feeling this is something too insignificant to waste resources on, but I guess I'll just let it sit for now and check back periodically in case I'm not the only one.
This is by design.
Delta Recruits claim rewards from the Tesseract UI.
Non-Recruits claim rewards from the Agent's Store.
The Store option still exists in the dialogue for Recruits, because it is also what they can use to reclaim items they may have accidentally lost (the two devices, and the holo boff).
