So I created a Reman and during character creation, I selected a few options and found that a group of those selections will leave the character without arms. I don't know if this has ever been reported before, but I am reporting it again if it has.
Steps to duplicate:
1. Create Reman character.
2. Click on the Uniform Tab
3. Select "Uniform Vest" from the first pull down list.
4. For the chest option pick "Reman Chest"
5. For the undershirt option pick anything except "Long Sleeve" options.
To verify this, select any sleeve as mentioned above, then change the Chest to Romulan and watch the arms come back. I thought this might be a character creation issue, however it does carry into game once you finish with character creation.
