Obelisk Subspace Rift Warp Core grants "50% recharge time to Slipstream drive", but only "on paper".
Common recharge time is 120 secs. After using Slipstream drive once with mentioned warp core its takes 60 secs until button for QSD returns to enabled state, but must wait another 60 secs before can slipstream. In second half of all time is button click-able, key shortcut works too, but both ways does only "beep".
