problems since 4-7 patch

since logging back into the game, changing maps (and being able to DO anything after) is impossible. The game takes 10 or so mins to load a map. After the map actually loads, the red timer at the top of the screen continually shows that there is no contact with the server... I have let that timer run for over 15 mins. (wont even boot me).. Just has me there unable to move. After I force quit, and relog in, same thing.. No matter where I go....

I have this problem too. After I closed the game with Alt-F4 and tried to relogin, I can't even enter the game. It takes me straight back to Server Not Responding Forever Loadscreen.

UPDATE: Seems to be fine now.

i haven't had that exact problem but the game's been REALLY slow and laggy. just took me forever to get out of sirius sector block. i was at delta volanis and set a course to regulus and the my ship started to turn... went back to original position, turned, back to original position over and over again. then when it started to move in the right direction it would jump back half a ly, then forward, then jump backwards again. took several minute to traverse that short distance.

Needs tending to gameplay even in the lower pops is twitchy at best, and unplayable with a full group of higher end ships. Server hangs up belches out some numbers picks a random person to destroy hangs for the next round. Abilities can't be cast, if they do manage to go through they don't actually activate but trigger the cooldown half the time.

Time to log in and check it out devs. Go to 50k dps channel get a group run ISA and if ya don't lag to oblivion I will give ya $100. it is THAT BAD.
