missing arc reward: delta recruit gameplay

I recently completed my first mission arc on my new delta recruit, however when I claimed the mission arc reward, it didn;t appear in my inventory.

The inventory wasn't full and the item is marked as claimed.

I know that bugs are usually ignored but I thought I should try.
