I was supposed to be offered a CHOICE (Cryptic tooltip's emphasis) of setting any single R&D School instantly to Level 10. Only if all schools were above Level 10 was I to receive a Large Crafting XP Bonus Pool. I was offered NO CHOICE, was given a bonus pool. I have one school at level 5, all others are at 0 and was given the bonus pool automatically.
I want my instant Level 10. What's the deal Bort? Am I hosed?
