Zen Purchase Problem

OK, so I want to buy some Zen and so I visit the Arcgames website the same as usual, log in as usual and select my amount as usual....the problem then comes at the screen where I would select which game and server I would like my Zen to apply to, because STO is not listed among the options.

I could choose from APB Reloaded, Blacklight, Elsword, Fortuna, RaiderZ, Star Conflict or Stronghold Kingdoms, but no STO.

Am I missing something somewhere, or is there an issue here?

    Howdy,
    I have that issue once before as well but it was back when I was an Ensign. I noticed it did not show up for me until after level 10. So I don't know if that is your issue but I know that it was for me anyway good luck.

    ive just checked on the site and it is still there for me, ive had the account for time though, sat between Star Conflict and Stronghold..

    Hi, and thanks for your responses.

    I left it 30 mins or so and then tried again, and STO was right on the list where it should have been.

    All very odd, but resolved now at least.
