Delta Recruit Logo bug and transporter effect bug

Two bugs I'm noticing is the Delta Recruit logo doesn't appear next to the Delta Recruit's name in space as it should, and all my KDF aligned Romulans are stuck with the Klingon transporter effect, rather than their own.
