Hit an annoying bug while defending the USS Kirk. After destroying the three BoPs, there's a KoroTinga cruiser that you need to defeat in order to progress to the next segment.
Problem for me was, the Korotinga seemed to be unable to decloak. Had to fly around the Kirk for a while, going after the "Torpedoes charging up"-sounds to find the ship.
So if you can't seem to progress in that stage, don't fret. There's still a ship there somewhere.
