General Q'Nel, Kobali system doesnt show me any daily quests.

Q'Nel has a quest mark above his head, yet he doesnt have any quests to give me. Im pretty sure that he should have some as "At the Gates" should be a daily mission. That, And a fleet member has been accepting that quest for the past 3 days, and sharing it with me so that i can do the quest.

I am playing a Romulan, Federation side. Character name: Herm@hermagaddon
Naturally this is on Kobali Prime, General Q'Nel.
I have 2 discussion topics, "What else can i do to help, General?" and "Exit". When i press on "What else can i do to help" he tells me that i can participate in open missions.

Even though he has a quest marker above his head, He doesnt have any quests.

There's a replay console outside the room he's in...on the right as you leave or on the left before you go in.
