I can't see my torpedos firing

I just loading my game up for first time in a while. I can't see my torpedoes firing, but I can hear them and see damage being done. Has anyone else had this issue?

    what kind of torps? What are graohics setting set to?

    The reason you cant see your torps firing is due to to many graphical effect going off at the same time

    The best way to help would be if you posted your computer specs. Recommendations can only be made from that.
    But in all, it's most likely because you do not follow minimum specifications (not the ones posted) for the actual ingame options chosen. It can also be caused by lag, so it can be a variety of things doing it.
