unable to play "uneasy allies" with rom delta

When I try to start "uneasy allies" with my new romulan delta recruit the game tells me I need to be lvl 10 and have chosen an alliance. Nice tip, try again, he's 11 and allied with KDF.

13, still no go, heard from someone else not able to do it at 15.

till you finished the one in eta sector you can not do the mission

ok, till get to
proceed thru facility
defeat romulan naval officers.

you defeat them, it doesn't complete.
first set in first corridor completes, second set doesn't


so it's borked from both sides

third try, it completed. this time I was shooting form inside the room rather than from doorway

I could not hail this mission before (see post 10) however after completing the Romulan mission "Bigger Picture" the previously greyed out hail button for the featured episode now lights up, and the mission gets added to the in progress list with all appropriate rewards info after clicking it.

Note that i played through all the previous missions and this one, skipping may work though. That makes the min level for rommies 11 (the level required to complete Bigger Picture)

Thanks, I can confirm that it became availeble after completion of "The Bigger Picture", was around 15 at the time.

Had this happen once when I ventured that way and then backed up to retrieve a R&D item I had forgotten to pick up, by the time I returned to the room my boffs had killed off all the enemies without me. Seems you have to be in the room when the last enemy dies for the next door to unlock.
