Particle Emission Plasma Torpedo gives theta radiation with Transport torpedo

IDK if unintended but, Particle Emission Plasma Torpedo gives theta radiation with Transport torpedo rather than warp plasma.

Tested with Transport Torpedo 2

To reproduce:

equip Particle Emission Plasma Torpedo
use transport torpedo intel power
fire emission torpedo

after the 6 second countdown target is hit with a theta radiation cloud rather than a warp plasma cloud like I'm assuming it should be.
