Hello,
Thank you for your response. Based on the information you've provided your issue may be the result of a currently unknown gameplay bug. While we understand you would like us to be able to resolve your issue quickly, some issues require further development from departments outside our control and cannot be resolved by the CS and GM teams.
With that said, we would like to encourage you to submit a Bug Report with your findings. This may be done by clicking the question mark (""?"") icon located at the lower-right area of your minimap, then selecting ""Report a Bug"" from the list of available help options. Do note that Bug Reports are reviewed, however, you will not be able to edit or view any reported bugs. Additionally, Bug Reports do not receive personalized responses.
I also recommend posting this in our Gameplay Bug Reports forum:

In the future, to help us provide the highest quality service to our players, please use the ""Report a Bug"" button in the Help and Support menu, rather than ""Request GM Help"" when reporting possible bugs that may not require immediate intervention by a GM.

I checked my Inventory overflow bag, bank and everywhere; & it's not there.

Hello Tony,
Thank you for getting back to us.
We would like to recommend to kindly double check your inventory, overflow bag, bank and your other ship's equipment for the missing item.
Regarding the load out issue, you can try the following steps:
1. While in Sector Space, setup your desired powerbar/skillbar/equipment setup; BOFF stations; and DOFF active stations.
2. Save it to your existing/main Loadout.
3. Open your character window (press ""U"") and select your current ship
4. On the lower-left corner of the character window, click the button ""Switch Starship""
5. Go back to your character window (press ""U"" to re-open it) then select your current ship
6. Wait for the ""Switch Starship"" cooldown to finish, then click it again to switch back to your main ship
7. Go back to your character window and select your current ship again
8. Select the ""Loadouts"" tab, and then save your current configuration

I was playing the game and went to check my bridge officer and ship equipment, so I could change my weapon on my Character; for the mission I was about to do: when I noticed my Kobali deflector Dish was missing for my ships equipment tray. All other items seems to be there. I also went there because my bridge officer abilities keeps on
getting messed up; so I tried to click the ships load out button to put my bridge officer abilities back on. That just keeps happening to me.

Please describe your situation with more details. Please try to be as specific as possible so we can take a look into this issue further. What do you mean by "I just got my Kobali Deflector taken from my ship"?

Hello to Whom it may consern at Cryptic Games: I Just got my Kobali Deflector taken from my ship. Things like this keep happening to me. Before I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BUYING A CONSOLE FOR MY SHIP, AND IT GOT TAKEN also, I CAN'T REMEMBER NOW WHAT WAS TAKEN BEFORE, BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I WROTE A FEW TIME TO YOU GUY BEFORE, AND DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE:
This game is full of glitches, & mess ups, So now i'm writing you guy about this problem; I hope I get a response this time!!! I Read the forums a lot and all I've been reading is complaint, after complaint, I never wanted to be one of those people to complain all the time, but this isgetting fusstrating.
