loadouts do not save/restore space DOFFs

DOFFs are not being saved/restored with loadouts anymore

1) Setup a ship, with DOFFs, and save to a named loadout

2) Change ships, change DOFFs, and save to a named loadout

3) Switch back to first ship, load saved loadout, all gear and BOFFs will be restored, but not the DOFFs

    It's broke man. 2 Other threads with a combined almost 1000 replies and 40,000 views with no fix. I've stopped playing until they fix it.
