Azure Nebula Rescue Has No Ships to Rescue

When I tried to play the new Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced), no Romulan ships spawned to rescue and I was unable to complete the mission at all.

    I just got out of one that it was impossible to meet the optionals. Why do I say that? The first 4 ships that spawned were not enough to meet the requierments. Also, one of the spawn points did not have a ship at it. we cleared the other three, and no more ships appeared. Failed both optionals and but did get to finish the event. As it stands now, unless ships worth enough to meet the optionals spawn, and Cryptic fixes the no ship spawning at some points, this is a no go.

    Be sure to make a bug report in-game and then post the ticket number here.

    Cryptic needs to know that players do want to try ANRA, and that we do want the insta-fails removed from Advanced so they update the other advanced STFs too.
